About the Role: Our Specialty Accounts team members are experts in a variety of accounts such as IRAs, Estates, HSAs, and Trusts. Our Specialty Accounts Supervisor will have several direct reports, as well as projects within this area of expertise and ensuring policies and procedures are efficient and up to date. Responsibilities:
Responsible for upholding Universal Service level standards to maintain a level of service excellence for Connexus members and internal partner teams. Provides supervision for Specialty Account (SA) employees and identifies ongoing training needs. Provides leadership and direction to team to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity. Provides workflow training and leadership through moderate and complex situations. Coordinates work schedules for the department with Specialty Accounts Manager to ensure proper service standards are met. Makes recommendations to Specialty Accounts Manager for training guidelines, evaluations for staff and procedural implementation. Creates performance objectives in conjunction with Specialty Accounts Manager and remains involved in the interim and annual performance reviews along with any HR-related performance discussions. Leads weekly team meetings and works with the leadership team on leading department L&D training. Completes assigned tasks and/or special projects. Maintains, evaluates, explores and recommends process, and procedure improvements and efficiencies. Involvement in merger-related follow-up duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
This position is Remote. Associate's Degree or commensurate experience is Required. 3+ years of related experience is Required. 1+ years of people leader experience is Required. In a leadership capacity, explains or instructs with clear and concise communication with direct reports, team members, and people-leaders. Demonstrates and leads with behaviors that support our values and culture, fostering a cohesive team environment encouraging collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze job functions and identify potential efficiencies. Requires proficient skills in Microsoft Suite applications, and ability to adapt to job-specific technologies.
