We're seeking multiple Transaction Service Associates to support our Retail Asset Management department. Location: Colorado Springs, CO- Onsite Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Some weekend OT possible. Long term growth opportuntiy! Job Duties: You'll be at the heart of client transaction processing, handling both Core and Complex tasks: Core Processing: * Update client profiles and addresses * Upload various agreements * Perform R+D calculations Complex Processing: * Manage financial beneficiary movements * Set up new accounts * Handle complex asset allocations You'll interpret written client instructions from phone, web, and paper sources-reviewing paperwork, emails, and transcripts to ensure accurate execution. Expect to process 350-400 activities per month, navigating multiple systems and supporting clients with up to 300 accounts. Skills to have: * Strong computer skills, especially Excel * Proficient math and reading abilities * Sharp analytical thinking * Excellent customer service and administrative skills * Comfort with reading and interpreting large volumes of documentation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
