*Description*
This role demands extensive knowledge of Facilities solutions, including but not limited to pneumatic tubing, temperature monitoring, and building automation technologies. The analyst collaborates with Facilities, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver insights that drive efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Proven experience in providing escalated technical support for complex, high-priority issues that require expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. Ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis for facilities systems failures, identifying systemic issues and recommending long-term fixes. Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to the integration of facility systems with IT infrastructure and physical security solutions. Works independently to understand workflows and applies technical knowledge to assist end users. Follow all established procedures. Creates clear documentation for education, knowledge share for team and procedure/policy requirements. Utilizes critical thinking to decipher workflows to understand adjustments needed to application deployments. Understands basic technology infrastructure to assist with any new functionality, break/fix or application replacement. Provides a proactive rounding experience to the market, and cross. Collaborates with other team members in other markets for lessons learned, opportunities, and shared ideas. Ability to develop and maintain internal knowledge bases for troubleshooting, maintenance, and support procedures. Follows appropriate escalation workflows to level 4 product teams. Provides Level 4 product teams a feedback loop from the market user base, for product questions, iterations and opportunities. On-call availability is a requirement. Deep, hands-on understanding of facilities management systems while being able to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance. The role also demands strong leadership capabilities to manage escalated technical support issues, mentor junior teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and vendors. 100% remote Can not support visas at this time *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
