OverviewWe are seeking individuals to guide customers through significant changes as we embrace generative AI through Copilot, M365, Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Microsoft is leading this evolution, enabling organizations to re-imagine their business for success in this new era. In this role you will be the Solution Engineering - AI Business Solutions (pre-sales) for your assigned workload and a member of the sales team that consists of Solution Specialist, account team, partners, and engineering. In this role you will advance pipeline by with Solution Specialist in qualifying the deal, developing the strategy and inspiring the CxO/Business Decision Maker/Technical Decision Maker. You are responsible for designing the solution and delivering an industry-aligned demonstration to the customer. You will engage partners for co-sell and implementation considerations, engineering to assist with emerging technologies and Customer Success Unit for deal support. The demo will focus on solving the technical proof requirements while highlighting our business value and competitive differentiators and should result in securing the customer's solution design endorsement. Once the solution design is secured, you will support the Solution Specialist in finalizing the customer proposal and assisting with licensing. You will develop relationships with the decision makers with our customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor in your domain. As a recognized product expert, you are responsible for sharing your technical, industry knowledge and best practices with your peers. This role is flexible in that you can work from home. ResponsibilitiesIn addition to above, you will leverage Power Platform portfolio, mainly Copilot Studio, but also other solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate for Desktop and AI Builder. You will lead AI transformation engagements, such as demonstrations and pilot programs, to help win technical decisions and drive customer commitment to Copilot and Agents. You will support the AI Biz Process SSP hunting effort by engaging with customer contacts, qualifying leads, and identifying partner co-sell opportunities. Working collaboratively within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how Copilot, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions can empower their employees, optimise workflows, and drive innovation. You will own technical discussions, lead architectural design and proof of concept sessions, and provide strategic input to shape customer solutions-ensuring seamless integration of Copilot, Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, and Frontline Worker enablement. You will lead technical engagements by organising demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions. You will guide customers through technical decision-making, addressing challenges, and designing solutions that maximise the impact of Copilot and Microsoft 365. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, partners, and engineering teams to identify new opportunities, provide feedback, and drive product enhancements based on customer needs and insights from the competitive landscape. Scale Copilot and Teams Customer Engagements: You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context Build Strategy: You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors Solution Design: Demonstrating, presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning; applying sales methodologies (e.g., MCEM); leveraging partner/customer teams as needed. Education: You will proactively identify learning gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated features Leverage Partner Ecosystem: You will act as the liaison between the partner and team and facilitating partner resources and processes |
