Join a leader in the Oil and Gas industry and bring your expertise to a role where your skills make an impact every day. We're seeking an experienced EDI Billing Specialist with sales tax knowledge to handle billing, accounts receivable, and collections in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm/5pm (Based on workload)

Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage accounts receivable and collections with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Take ownership of your work with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with major functional leaders across the company.
  • Manage accounting for fixed asset/equipment rentals, employee man-hour charges, and inventory sales.
  • Utilize your advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office expertise.




Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
  • Sales tax knowledge is a must.
  • Background in oilfield services accounting.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-legal entity and multi-location environment.
