We are pleased to present the following position for your consideration: Position Overview: The Senior HR Director will shape and lead HR strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They will oversee HR policies, drive talent management, and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs across the organization.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Counsel executives on organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and sensitive personnel matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Mentor and develop HR team leaders, fostering a high-performance, strategic HR culture.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform and drive data-driven decisions.
Education and/or Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- SHRMSCP, SPHR, or PHR certification, or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
- Experience with HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, empathy, strategic thinking, and change-management skills.
