Position Summary

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products while working collaboratively with a team that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols to maintain compliance and quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.- Document production activities accurately and in a timely manner to support compliance and reporting.- Support investigations and corrective actions to address quality or operational issues.Qualifications/SkillsBasic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree in a technical field or relevant certification.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
