Crosswinds at Arista-a 159-unit affordable housing community in Broomfield, CO-is seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This role requires bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) to serve and connect with our diverse resident community.

What You'll Do
- Your work will help ensure our residents feel proud to call Crosswinds at Arista home:
- Complete routine and emergency repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Prepare apartments for move-in with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and vendors in both English and Spanish
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service while working efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, building trades, or property management (affordable housing experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Proficiency with mobile maintenance technology and basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to safety and quality work
