As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide solutions for client experience (CX) problems facing the largest enterprises in the world. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of the Adobe Experience Cloud in the customer's daily work stream. In this role you will master the challenges faced within the High Tech industry as well as the Experience Cloud architecture and how it solves these challenges.

What you will need to succeed:
  • Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, presentation, leadership, mentorship and enablement
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong listening skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels in an organization
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you're doing
  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Organized, able to manage multiple work streams at once and multi-task
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • You are a curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship
  • Passion for developing talent
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
Ideal Skills & Background
  • Five years in a technical pre-sales, consulting or in a digital marketing environment for High-Tech companies
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, Account Based Marketing, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs etc...)
  • Experience with Forms and Documents processes a plus
  • Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
  • Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe XD, Photoshop, PowerPoint or Keynote)
  • Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
  • Strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
