Elevate Textiles, Inc., based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a global, diversified textile manufacturer. The company is a leading producer and supplier of industrial, consumer, and technical threads, as well as woven fabrics. Rather than manufacturing end-use products, such as garments, Elevate focuses on manufacturing essential components used across various end-use markets-including cut-and-sew operations, the automotive and aviation industries, bedding manufacturers, global branded apparel companies, distributors, and more. The company operates a portfolio of premium textile brands including American & Efird (A&E), Burlington, Cone, Gutermann, and Safety Components. The company is looking for a Vice President Global Treasury & Risk, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Position Overview The Vice President Global Treasury & Risk reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The position is responsible for overseeing daily U.S. liquidity management, global cash flow forecasting and repatriation strategies, debt agreements, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and the Company's global insurance programs-including property, casualty, management liability, and specialty lines. The Vice President Global Treasury & Risk will also serve as a member of the Company's investment committee. This role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and finance leaders across our global business units. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate recommendations clearly and effectively in support of the Company's financial goals. This opportunity is available due to the planned retirement of the current incumbent, allowing for a structured transition and knowledge transfer. The Vice President Global Treasury & Risk will be responsible for the following primary activities:
In addition to the primary list of responsibilities above, the Vice President Global Treasury & Risk will be involved in special projects such as strategic acquisitions and divestitures, liquidity enhancing initiatives, implementation of supply chain finance programs, ad-hoc modeling, new banking relationships, and regular reviews of other opportunities to enhance enterprise value for the owners. The position will also play a key role supporting the Company as a whole in educating colleagues throughout the Company about new financing opportunities, liquidity and capital repatriation opportunities, and being a subject matter expert from start to finish on all initiatives undertaken through a teamwork effort.
