What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our mission-providing compassionate, first-class support to patients navigating their healthcare finances. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, grow program enrollment, and encourage payment activity. * Act as a patient advocate, delivering white-glove service and building trust with every interaction. * Make outbound calls for welcome messages, past-due reminders, and special campaigns. * Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you grow and succeed. * Use our proprietary CRM to document interactions, escalate concerns, and answer patient questions. What You Bring: * A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others. * 1-2 years of call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus. * Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
