The Technical Product Manager influences product and technology teams on how the product is developed inclusive of people, process and technology. He recommends and drives improvements to product delivery and serves as a bridge between the technical engineering teams and the customer/business needs.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Understands and contributes to initiatives and value propositions to deliver a thoughtful, holistic solution
  • Communicates effectively to build relationships with key stakeholders (scrum teams / product leads / delivery leads)
  • Speaks credibly to both business and technology partners across teams and levels
  • Diffuses conflict by driving consensus based on the greater good of the product and customer needs
  • Supports/manages the product backlog and prioritization
  • Effectively balances needs of operations and technical teams
  • Effectively leads cross-functional meetings, interfaces well with direct leadership
  • Possesses ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly
  • Anticipates needs of audience by preparing options and recommendations

Required Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Lead
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Development/Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Requirements Authoring
  • 3+ years of experience with React
  • 3+ years of experience using Figma in a design-to-development workflow



Preferred Qualification:



  • Experience with Figma CodeConnect or similar design-to-code tools
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Roadmap Development, or Release Train Engineering
  • Comfortable in Aha, Rally, GitHub

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
