We have partnered with a rapidly growing biotech leader in human tissue regeneration and peripheral nerve repair, and are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager in Vandalia, OH. In this role, you'll provide operational support, leadership, and direction to facility and maintenance teams, while overseeing all aspects of facility operations-including HVAC, electrical, water systems, distribution equipment, buildings, and grounds. You'll also manage key GMP programs such as installation, commissioning, calibration, and lifecycle maintenance, ensuring our cleanroom and critical systems meet the highest standards. This position also supports facility needs at our other U.S. sites, offering a unique opportunity to make a broad impact across the organization. Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/yr. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities
