Position Overview As the Data Accuracy Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for our central specifications management system-keeping our product data accurate, organized, and accessible. You'll play a hands-on role in training and supporting team members across the company, partnering with cross-functional groups to guide specifications from initial development to final approval. You'll also serve as the back-up for our system administrator, ensuring smooth operations at all times. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for making complex processes run like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Champion accuracy-maintain precise, high-quality product data to support the needs of assigned plants. Collaborate across teams-work closely with product development, suppliers, procurement, and quality assurance during the commercialization process. Own the process-enter raw material and finished product specs, ensuring every detail meets established guidelines. Keep everything in one place-manage and maintain supporting documentation in a central repository for easy access. Ensure consistency-promote and enforce agreed-upon best practices across all business segments. Be the answer-research and respond to customer requests for product technical information through multiple customer portals. Drive improvements-identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen systems. Be adaptable-tackle other duties and projects as needed to support the team's success.
