The Talent Acquisition Specialist & Onboarding Coordinator serves as a key representative of Minitab's recruitment efforts and a dedicated advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process within the assigned region. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process-from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance-and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.



  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.



  • Craft targeted outreach messages aligned with recruiting strategy by job, region, and country.



  • Schedule and coordinate all stages of the interview process, both virtual and on-site, including interview debriefs and travel arrangements.



  • Communicate consistently with candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and timely process.



  • Draft and send offer letters, and manage all communication through candidate decision.



  • Conduct initial candidate screenings using behavioral and traditional interviewing techniques.



  • Recommend candidates for advancement, using structured scorecards and interview summaries in ATS.



  • Maintain high-touch candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience through timely updates and direct communication.




Qualifications:






    • 4+ years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience.



    • University degree in a business-related field, or equivalent additional years of experience.



    • Interview scheduling experience required.



    • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.



    • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.



    • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.



    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.



    • Experience recruiting technical roles preferred.
