The Systems Integration Developer is key in building and maintaining the technical solutions that support our fundraising programs. This role focuses on integrating systems, optimizing data flows, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy across platforms, collaborating with teams to drive impactful results.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: This is a role requiring deep technical aptitude, strong business and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing and negotiating deadlines as needed, and driving the optimization and maintenance of critical data flows across systems. - Data Integration & Synchronization: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for integrating and synchronizing data across internal and external systems (e.g., Marketo, Blackbaud CRM). Proactively monitor, optimize, and maintain data flows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates. Identify and resolve data issues before they escalate, ensuring seamless and efficient synchronization across platforms. - System Integration: Utilize web APIs and .NET programming to integrate applications across various systems, ensuring data consistency and compatibility between platforms (e.g., CRM, Marketo, Experian). - Gather Requirements & Document Use Cases: Gather, analyze, and document system requirements, workflows, and use cases to optimize existing digital solutions and align them with organizational needs. - Implement Solutions for Scalability & Efficiency: Design and implement solutions that ensure the scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of business-critical systems, with a specific focus on data integration. - Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Work independently and in collaboration with internal development teams and external vendors to implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
