Overview Certified in configuring feature sets and other customizations within systems as built by the software provider. Deploys configuration customizations to platform. Customizes features, interfaces, and automations using available tool sets. Helps drive projects by evaluating, proposing, and implementing new business process and improving existing processes. Gathers requirements and works closely with stakeholders and TPM to ensure project success. Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Create detailed documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Examine and analyze data to ensure that it meets business requirements. Identify data sources, transformations, and mappings.
- Work with technical teams to design and document technical solutions that align with business requirements. This may involve creating system architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet the specified requirements. This includes unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Investigate and analyze issues reported by users, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and understanding between the two.
- Depending on the size and structure of the project, Business Systems Analysts may be involved in project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. Provide support during the rollout phase and address any issues that arise.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to help end-users understand and effectively use new systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Minimum 4 years directly related experience performing business system applications.
- Minimum 4 years experience administering Salesforce, other CRM systems or similar technical platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, workflows, process builder, and data management.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as workflows, process builder, and Flow.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
- The ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong communication and translating skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice versa.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
