The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair, and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of knowledge to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region. Role and Responsibilities The EUV Shift Team Lead will report to a Fab Operations Manager and set the operational course, technical direction, employee development and leadership to a team of engineers who provide support to ASML customers. They will be responsible for flawless execution and co-ordination of technical and operational activities completed by ASML personnel at the customer site are mission critical. They will manage and coach a group of engineers assisting them on their individual growth journeys. This position is a leadership role in a 24x7 support organization. As part of a small team that functions 24x7 they are the first point of contact for both operational needs as well as organizational needs. They own their reports and are accountable for all of their output. This includes performance, skills management, quality, and above all safety. This team leader will work together with the current EUV leadership team to support the 24x7 shift engineers. The shift engineers will formally report into them. They will flex working hours to match the same shifts as their team. They will ensure continuous support for the 24x7 operations in both personnel scheduling and skills management for a team of 8-15 engineers. Other responsibilities include: People Leadership
