We are looking for an Product Manager who has a passion for technology and is eager to grow their career in product management. In this role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of Motorola's smartphone software experience - from concept through launch and beyond. You'll work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to help define and deliver product experiences that resonate with global consumers.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the product lifecycle - from planning and development through launch, updates, and post-release improvements.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
  • Help translate user needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and feature definitions.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and global teams to support feature development and delivery.
  • Contribute to evaluating and improving user experiences, ensuring products meet consumer expectations.
  • Document requirements (PRDs, user stories) and support cross-functional communication throughout the product development cycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in technology/software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with writing product requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics, or mobile app/software industry.
  • Exposure to AI/ML software concepts or experience supporting related projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Interest in design thinking, user research, and customer-focused product development.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $85-100K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
