The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $87,500 - $118,100 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Pilot to join our aviation team in Red Wing, MN. The Corporate Pilot will be responsible for safely operating corporate aircraft to various destinations across North America while ensuring a smooth and efficient flight experience. This role requires strict adherence to aviation regulations, company policies, and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-flight planning, including route assessment, weather evaluation, fuel calculations, and verify aircraft inspection have been completed.
  • Operate the aircraft in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company procedures.
  • Ensure the highest level of safety by conducting routine safety checks and staying informed of current aviation safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a comfortable and secure flight experience.
  • Maintain all required flight documentation, including flight logs, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure the aircraft is appropriately stocked and clean.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control, ground crew, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work collaboratively with captain, co-pilots, and other crew members to foster a professional and efficient flight environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid commercial pilot certificate with multi engine land, instrument ratings.
  • Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours of total flight time, with 100 hours of multi engine flight time.
  • Prior experience as a corporate or charter pilot is preferred.
  • Valid passport with ability to fly to Canada, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional and discreet demeanor.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to accommodate weekend and overnight flights plus extended travel as needed.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be available on-call to meet company travel requirements.
  • Ability to assist with loading and unloading passengers' luggage.
