We are looking for an experienced and security-conscious IT App System Analyst to support HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of critical integrations between Dayforce, Emburse, Oracle, and other enterprise systems. This role will manage global HR operations, system interfaces, troubleshoot techno-functional issues, and lead special IT projects, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection for sensitive HR information.


We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)-you own it! From requirements to rollout, you'll ensure every phase is airtight and efficient.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor, and troubleshoot all HR system integrations, including Dayforce-Oracle Cloud, Active Directory-Dayforce, Oracle Projects-Dayforce, and other similar integrations, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data flow between systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve integration errors and optimize workflows.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business problems and develop technical solutions
  • Design robust and resilient system integrations that do not require constant maintenance due to day-to-day operational activities.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, providing troubleshooting and user support.
  • Document integration workflows, system configurations, system specifications and support procedures.
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
  • Participate in special projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and automation initiatives.
  • Lead testing, validation, and change management activities for integration-related projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff on secure system usage.
  • Provide production support that meets company-defined SLAs.
  • Follow the SDLC during every phase of IT project execution and production support.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in application systems analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Dayforce HRIS and Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Experience with payroll data flows and HR compliance audits.
  • Focused on HR processes and systems.
  • Lives in St. Louis, MO
  • Must be able to travel 10% (estimated).



Desired Qualifications



  • Well-versed with Information Technology software development lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate (MSFT Power platform) and Lucca's HRIS system.
  • Experience with Active Directory integration and identity/access management.
  • Understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV).
  • Familiarity with data protection, access control, and compliance frameworks.
