• Make an Impact! As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you would be responsible for the accurate and timely close of the general ledger revenue each month according to GAAP. The Revenue Accounting function focuses on revenue recognition to ensure that all revenue streams, including patient services, insurance reimbursements, and government programs, are accurately accounted for in compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations. This role requires the oversight of a team responsible for the functional administration of Kodiak RCA software, journalizing activity, analyzing results, and partnering with hospital leadership to explain results, Our Managers assume a high level of responsibility and integrity within Main Line Health, and they collaborate as a team with applicable cross-training to ensure mutual support and seamless operation across the Finance area.

  Experience:

  * Minimum of 5 years of revenue accounting experience in healthcare

  * Knowledge and experience of Kodiak RCA software

  .

  Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  
  Licensures/Certifications:
  CPA is preferred.
