Summary of the Job:

The Card Personalization Project Manager roles is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of product development for assigned verticals/partners, channels etc. The role will plan project resources, manage timelines, manage project issues and risk, monitor project progress, manage project budget, and report and document project metrics, timelines, and results.

This role is expected to have the ability to influence key stakeholders and project teams to maintain alignment in the various stages of development which include; scope, timelines, objectives, technology, escalations, budget, etc. The Project Manager will partner closely with members of the project team and be the liaison to key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables fall within the scope and budget of the project. The incumbent will need to have the ability to adjust approach as needed from team leader, manager and peer all at the same time.

About This Role:

  • Responsible for executing on the product development projects by coordinating the activities of various internal teams, including but not limited to verticals, integrated product development and communication, integration, technology, compliance, and product development operations
  • Act as product development project manager on all project through assigned verticals, partner or channel(s)
  • Responsible for creating long and short-term goals, including setting targets for milestones and ensuring all members of the team are adhering to project deadlines and be able to adjust when needed in a timely manner
  • Build project plans and oversee each variable of the plan to ensure timely delivery and accurate output while removing roadblocks
  • Act as the liaison between management and the project team in communicating project updates,
  • Responsible for delegating tasks on project to team members best positioned to complete within the project timelines
  • Responsible for development and accurate delivery of all functional aspects of projects for example documentation, implementation plan, test scripts including all necessary approvals
  • Prepare business teams for rollout of product developments - Sales, Implementation, Account management, Support.
  • Ability to understand vertical/business goals and translate into technical completion of projects
  • Maintain repository of all current offer capabilities to include acquisition, bonus, customer management, etc.
  • Ensure set-up aligns with reporting and analytics expectations to guarantee accurate performance
  • Continually build and maintain deep and complete knowledge of the business, processes and technical specificities by partner as related to product development projects.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Senior Professional to lead all card procurement and technology solutions. Ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities at same time and have a strategic framework for customer experience, operational excellence, and financial success.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
