Financial Analyst

Join our team! GPM Investments, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARKO Corp.is the 5^th largest convenience store chain in the country! We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business decisions through the development of financial models and in-depth analysis. You will be responsible for creating financial reports and forecasts, identifying industry trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. The position also involves evaluating capital investments and assessing depreciation to ensure sound financial planning across the organization.

Salary range: $70k-$75k per year

*This position is fully remote.

Provide support for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, analytical, and reporting functions within the FP&A department
• Perform acquisition modeling, analysis and in-depth accounting due diligence of target companies
• Conduct comprehensive review of data rooms and corporate records of targets.
• Manipulate large data sets from multiple worksheets into a functional summary matrix table
• Automate routine tasks to increase efficiency of business processes
• Work independently or collaboratively throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle including data extraction, preparation, analysis, and presentation of results
• Pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value
• Approach analytical problems with an appropriate blend of statistical/mathematical rigor and practical business intuition
• Conduct analyses in multiple ways to evaluate approaches and compare results
• Partner with technical and non-technical resources across the business to leverage their support and integrate efforts
• Represent the department in cross functional initiatives
• Support development of tools and infrastructure to scale operations, increase efficiency, and improve quality of results
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Two to three years of experience in financial analysis
• Highest standards of accuracy, precision, and ethics
• Able to interact effectively with all departments and levels of management
• Strong work ethic with high level of dependability
• High Excel skills
