Corewell Health Gerber Lab is the perfect place for a generalist. This small lab provides a multitude of opportunities to learn about every department in a hospital lab, including hematology, chemistry, blood bank and urinalysis. Our team of highly trained professionals work closely together to provide quality results for our partners in patient care.

Scope of Work:

Community hospital laboratory focus on essential testing for our neighbors. Performing clinical lab testing using highly complex instrumentation along with everything that is required to remain College of American Pathology accredited.

Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience a related field Preferred
  • CRT-Medical Technologist, Certified (MT) - ASCP American Society for Clinical Pathology Spectrum Health labs except for Toxicology Upon Hire required Or
  • CRT-Medical Laboratory Scientist - ASCP American Society for Clinical Pathology Spectrum Health labs except for Toxicology Upon Hire required Or
  • CRT-American Medical Technologist, Certified (AMT) - AMT American Medical Technologists Spectrum Health labs except for Toxicology Upon Hire required Or
  • CRT-Clinical Toxicology - AACC American Association for Clinical Chemistry Toxicology Dept Only Upon Hire required
