Description Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Document Management Specialist for an upcoming opportunity to help design, administer, and enhance our secure document workflows.In this role, you'll ensure that information is organized, accessible, compliant, and collaborative for both internal and external stakeholders. MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience with the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. Key Responsibilities: Huddle Administration & Workflow Design Lead configuration of Huddle workspaces: manage user permissions, version control, workspace structure, branded portals, and efficient approval processes. Secure Collaboration & Content Oversight Enable teams to securely upload, share, comment, and review documents while maintaining robust versioning and audit trails. Compliance & Reporting Uphold regulatory requirements and data integrity through secure access controls, audit trails, user activity monitoring, and regular compliance reporting. Training & Support Provide user onboarding, training, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective use of Huddle; serve as primary support contact for platform-related needs. Workflow Optimization & Integration Identify opportunities to streamline processes using Huddle's automation; collaborate with teams to integrate Huddle with tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other systems. Qualifications: Proven experience (2-4 years) in document/content management roles. Hands-on proficiency with Huddle (Ideagen) administration and workflows. Strong understanding of version control, document lifecycle, and secure collaboration methods. Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to train users and deliver clear documentation. Preferred: Experience integrating Huddle with collaboration or automation tools.
