Marine Solutions is seeking a growth-oriented professional to lead contract review, compliance, and support enterprise risk management. This role works closely with the Chief Risk Officer and company leadership, with a clear path toward senior leadership in risk. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, compliance oversight, and gaining experience in insurance, bonding, safety, and operational risk. Ideal candidates have practical experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or small business environments, with strong judgment and problem-solving skills. Legal, insurance, or risk management backgrounds are helpful but not required. Based in Nicholasville, KY, this position offers mentorship and training to help you grow into a senior risk management leader. The annual salary range for positions in Kentucky is $70,000 to $100,000, based on education and relevant experience. |
