YOUR OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting Medication Distribution Warehouse Clerk opportunity in our Guymon Live Division In this highly impactful role. You will be a key member of the scheduling team. The Medication Distribution Warehouse Clerk will process customer orders from floor stock through distribution, maintains accurate inventory records for medications and vaccines, and supports all aspects of warehouse operations, Warehouse, Guymon, OK.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate and oversee the workflow of Work Orders to ensure timely completion across packaging, charge-out, and distribution processes, maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout each stage.
  • Review and complete documentation for incoming vendor products, ensuring items received match packing lists and verifying expiration dates, serial and lot numbers. Handle temperature checks and log receipt of cold medications and vaccines in accordance with SOP guidelines.
  • Transfer received inventory to designated storage locations and coordinate back-stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain certification to safely operate all warehouse equipment and vehicles, excluding main supply trucks, in compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory items as directed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in the medication zone of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards and safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS



Required:



  • High School or GED.


Preferred:



  • Previous warehouse experience

  • The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
