Strategist, Engagement & Retention This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Cupertino or Culver City, CA. Summary We are seeking an experienced strategist with a background in subscription lifecycle and engagement marketing to help drive customer growth and retention. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and execute customer programs that ensure subscribers are getting the most out of their service. The position emphasizes data-driven insights, experimentation, and customer journey design to improve performance across key metrics. Our Ideal Candidate
Job Description In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of customer engagement and retention strategies. You'll partner with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams to ideate, test, and implement initiatives that drive customer value and loyalty. This includes building and refining customer journeys, defining geo-specific messaging, and using experimentation to continually improve program effectiveness. You will also collaborate across international teams, track performance against meaningful KPIs, and provide insights to inform future plans, supporting the overall growth marketing team's goals and business success.
