Overview Candidate will work on various clerical and administrative tasks as needed, under general supervision.

Core Responsibilities
- The successful candidate should have outstanding clerical and organizational abilities, including proficiency in computer keyboarding, along with effective oral communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word is mandatory, and the capability to acquire proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other mainframe systems.
- Familiarity with STAR, Logica, Project One and/or e2MIS System will be viewed as an advantage.
- Responsibilities involve reviewing and filing documents, compiling of various tracking system reports, preparing route sheets, and performing other routine clerical functions.
- The chosen candidate will need to engage with customers regularly, both internally and externally.
- This position is full-time on-site. Selected candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends when system conditions warrant.
- The individual may be required to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays in preparation for and during weather and system emergencies.
- The candidate must be willing to engage in cross-training assignments within the department.

- College experience preferred
Relevant Work Experience
- Knowledge in STAR/CRMS/Oracle/Logica/WMS, NYC Streets, ARC FM, Project One and/or e2MIS Systems. Preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

- Driver's License Required
