Why This Job
CMC's Tensar Division is searching for a Website & SEO Manager who will be responsible for increasing the website and SEO performance of all EBG business lines. The Website & SEO Manager will use their deep expertise to empower the other marketing teams to excel, while setting best practices and governance policies that ensure consistency and using data to continually improve and optimize.
What You'll Do
- Manage global website strategy for the Emerging Businesses Group
- Solicit regular voice of customer (VOC) feedback on the EBG sections of www.cmc.com and other EBG websites
- Utilize VOC and other feedback to implement design changes to the EBG sections of www.cmc.com and other EBG websites
- Create and maintain a personalization strategy for all websites and work with the relevant team(s) to implement
- In conjunction with the Marketing Operations Manager, develop and implement strategies for incorporating intelligent content tools and other martech on the websites
- Manage and oversee the development of any necessary integrations to the website back-end, in conjunction with IT and third-party developers
- Maintain a strong relationship with IT and work closely with them to address any technical needs related to the websites
- Monitor and analyze website KPIs to continually optimize web performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for any EBG web agencies; manage agencies' retainers against strategic priorities
- Manage global SEO strategy for the Emerging Businesses Group
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for related digital tools, including Kentico, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and PathFactory
- Provide support to the rest of the marketing team on landing page design and strategy
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing working with websites and SEO
- Construction industry experience preferred
- B2B and eCommerce experienced preferred
- Knowledge of Kentico, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and PathFactory preferred
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS/XML
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and take initiative independently
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as demonstrating effective listening and an ability to quickly learn in a dynamic environment
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills by performing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work assignments
- Ability to be flexible, a team player and interact professionally with employees as well as external contacts
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or finance required
- MBA preferred
