Your Role:

As a Data Scientist within our Information Technology Department your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Visualizing data findings using tools such as Power BI to effectively conveying insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Designing and developing user-friendly front-end solutions utilizing CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, ensuring a positive user experience for data interaction.
  • Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate data solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security by adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Providing comprehensive documentation for data processes, models, and analytics reports, while conducting unit and automated testing to guarantee solution quality.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Science, Statistics, or a related field, Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or analytics, showcasing proficiency in data analysis and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience with machine learning frameworks like PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn as well as an understanding of large language models and big data tools, such as Hadoop and Spark. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Fabric, or AWS for data storage and processing a plus. Experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and Jenkins, would be advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the legal industry or professional services firms. This is a remote position, with occasional in-office attendance required at the Philadelphia office when requested.

The salary range for this position is from $140,000 - $160,000 depending upon experience and location.
