Brand Marketing Manager (Premium Accounts) Summary This role is responsible for leading brand marketing strategy for premium retail accounts, overseeing programs across the marketing funnel to drive equity, traffic, and conversion. The manager will develop and execute large-scale, integrated marketing programs that support sales growth and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience, while managing key external partnerships and a multimillion-dollar marketing budget. Job Description In this role, you will lead premium account marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll partner with sales, merchandising, and global marketing teams to deliver compelling account programs that elevate brand expression, drive consumer engagement, and deliver positive ROI. This includes developing custom launch campaigns, managing digital and in-store storytelling, optimizing marketing investments, and serving as the primary liaison with account marketing teams. You will also own budget management and forecasting, coordinate creative needs with internal content teams, and provide program recaps and insights to inform future strategies-ensuring flawless execution and consistency across all channels. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $38.00 - $40.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
