REDLattice is seeking a seeking a skilled Network Operations Center Engineer to provide continuous monitoring of company systems, infrastructure, and services; detect and troubleshoot issues in real time; report and escalate incidents through ticketing systems; and work with monitoring tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year of NOC or SOC experience working directly with customers and ticketing
• Knowledge and understanding of computer networks and communication protocols
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins and Jira
• Teamwork and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• System-wide thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from complex scenarios
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle complex, real-time situations calmly and efficiently
• Open to shift work and on-call support

Preferred Traits:

• Experience with NOC management systems such as MoovingOn
• Degree in technical field
• Technological curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Proactive mindset and the ability to initiate and lead processes
• Ability to obtain a clearance
