WHAT WE OFFER The primary responsibility of the New Martinsville, WV Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) co-op position is to work with the TPU Staff supporting the Thermoplastic Polyurethane business within Covestro (formerly Bayer Material Science) located in New Martinsville, WV. The incumbent will support hands-on Operations and activities supporting Automation within the Operating Unit. Additionally, support the proactive and continuous improvement of operations and maintenance strategies for the Operating Unit. The undergraduate co-op program provides increasingly challenging assignments that are commensurate with academic training and individual ability to assume a job responsibility.
