Sibley Memorial Hospital is a full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. General Summary:
Minimum Qualifications:
Upon Hire: * Must have one of the following sterile processing certifications: CSPDT (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution) or CRCST (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)) certification required. Within 12 months of hire: * CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) or CSPM (Certified Sterile Processing Management) certification is required AND * CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor) or CFER (Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor) certifications are required if you have oversight of endoscopy. Salary Range: Minimum 29.50/hour - Maximum 51.62/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
