Are you an experienced Security Officer? Then we have a great opportunity for you at Suburban Hospital located in Bethesda, Maryland! Position Summary: The Public Safety Officer I is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within the facility. This position will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and orderly environment, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance as needed. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals in a healthcare setting. Ensures no one enters the hospital with any weapons or other unpermitted objects that would potentially cause a safety issue within our hospital. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in security, law enforcement, or healthcare-related fields preferred. Experience/Requirements:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
