Accounts Payable Coordinator (TEMPORARY POSITION)

Are you a detail-driven accounting professional looking for a flexible, impactful role? Explorer Pipeline is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This hybrid opportunity allows you to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Do:

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll manage pipeline utility accounts, ensuring that all vendor invoices are accurately reviewed, paid on time, and reconciled monthly. You'll also play a key role in supporting the monthly close process with journal entries and account reconciliations.

Expect to interact with vendors, internal accounting teams, and other departments as needed to resolve issues and support financial reporting accuracy.

You will be working with the following systems:

• OnPhase
• Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Blackline
• SharePoint
• Excel (strong proficiency required)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting function
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with accounting software and reconciling data
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
