INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) / AUDIO VISUAL (AV) SUPPORT
Location: Quantico, VA | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) and Audio Visual (AV) Specialist to support a fast-paced government education center in Quantico, VA. In this role, you will serve as the primary IT/AV troubleshooter and liaison, ensuring seamless technical operations and compliance with all DIA policies. This position is on-site and requires U.S. citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve IT and AV equipment issues for staff and students.
• Act as the first responder to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT and AV issues, within regulatory guidance.
• Submit and track Help Desk tickets following established government procedures.
• Serve as liaison for IT issues between ISD staff, IT/AV providers, and off-site repair/replacement services.
• Qualify and perform duties as a Trusted Agent, including burning CDs and transferring data between domains.
• Ensure compliance with all DIA IT-related policies and instructions.
• Assist in developing plans and documentation for software application testing and implementation (e.g., System Security Plan - SSP).

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Associate's Degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience troubleshooting IT or AV equipment issues.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting IT/AV systems in government or IC environments.
• Familiarity with DIA systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

Additional Details
Travel: Minimal, as required.
Work Environment: On-site at a government facility in Quantico, VA.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, candidate qualifications, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements.
