This is an important position within the IDEXX Global Sales and Service Analytics team, responsible for creating reporting, analytical products and data visualizations for multiple stakeholders, including Sales Professionals, Customer Support leaders, and Executives in multiple global locations. Our goal is to enable Sales and Service professionals with the analytics and insights they need to be successful, while also driving productivity and revenue growth across the organization.

You will design, build and deploy solutions using a variety of analytic tools. You will contribute to information governance, process improvement, and strategic implementation in support of sales strategies and customer support initiatives What do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience with data transformation tools such as Alteryx or SAS
- The ability to present data through visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, SAS Visual Analytics, or CRM Analytics (fka Einstein Analytics)
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or JSON would be preferred
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning skills and experience are a plus
- The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both teammates and stakeholders from across the business

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- General office environment or light laboratory/industrial, with some areas to assemble equipment, decontaminate potential biohazards and bench repair instruments.
