The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions to ensure contract compliance by the subcontractor.

DUTIES & SCOPE:



  • Conduct efficient audits and enter subcontract billings weekly, ensuring both accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Analyze subcontract terms and agreements to assess billing implications.
  • Resolve discrepancies and address issues related to incomplete information, clarifications, and compliance in documentation.
  • Prepare and execute weekly check selections for processing payments.
  • Mail checks weekly
  • Review and verify Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and confirming all documentation is up-to-date and valid.
  • Proactively request and manage monthly payment releases for all subcontractors and third-tier vendors across multiple projects, facilitating timely payments from general contractors and awarding bodies.
  • Monitor and track preliminary notices received.
  • Request and track sub-tier lists
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all billings, compliance documentation, and communications related to subcontractors and project requirements.
  • Analyze subcontract terms and agreements to assess billing implications.
  • Request bonds and riders as needed, ensuring that all related documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Utilize platforms such as Textura and GC Pay to streamline billing processes, manage records, and enhance payment workflows.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and finance teams to quickly resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Minimum of High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role within the construction industry required with a demonstrated ability to manage high volume billing.
  • Proficiency in auditing billing entries and a strong understanding of subcontract terms and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Textura and GC Pay is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Knowledge in CMiC Software is helpful, but not necessary.


The starting hourly base pay for this role is between USD $38.00 and $42.00 per hour The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
