Seasonal Reader & Recruitment Support (Temp) Office of Graduate Business Programs Robinson College of Business Georgia State University Georgia State University's J. The Office of Graduate Business Programs is seeking to hire a Seasonal Reader & Recruitment Support (Temp). WHAT MAKES GSU A GREAT PLACE?
WHAT WILL YOU DO: This position will provide support to the Office of Graduate Business Programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Application Review & Evaluation * Conduct holistic review of graduate applications according to program-specific evaluation criteria. * Assess academic records, professional experience, essays, and recommendation letters for program fit. * Provide clear, concise, and consistent evaluation notes in Slate to support final decisions. * Maintain confidentiality of all applicant information in compliance with FERPA and institutional policies. Recruitment & Candidate Communication Support * Monitor and respond to prospective student inquiries via email, phone, and virtual chat platforms. * Provide program information, admissions requirements, and guidance on application processes. * Follow up with prospective and admitted students to encourage completion of applications and next steps toward enrollment. Event & Outreach Support * Assist the college in virtual recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars as needed. * Prepare and update recruitment materials, presentations, and event collateral. * Assist with post-event follow-up communications to attendees. Operational & Administrative Support * Enter and maintain accurate applicant and prospect data in the CRM and admissions systems. * Track and report applicant status changes and recruitment activities. * Support processing of application materials and updating of student records. * Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of key program portfolios during staff leave periods. Special Projects & Yield Initiatives * Assist with targeted outreach campaigns to admitted students to improve yield. * Provide administrative assistance on special recruitment initiatives as assigned.
