What You Can Expect Are you ready to ensure the reliability of cutting-edge renewable energy systems? ENGIE North America is seeking a dedicated High Voltage Technician to maintain and support the electrical system performance of our fleet of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the United States. As the High Voltage Technician, you will maintain and repair ENGIE North America's fleet of BESS substations and BESS BOP (Balance of Plant) electrical systems, ensuring their compliance with NETA-MTS, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC PRC-005C standards. Additionally, you will verify the commissioning of these systems in alignment with NETA-ATS standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements. All work will be conducted in accordance with company procedures, industry best practices, and established safety protocols to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of high-voltage systems. Compensation Hourly Range: $36.00 - $55.14 USD hourly This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
