What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision components
• Interpret and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Measure, inspect, and verify finished parts meet exacting standards
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on machines and tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make precise adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and workflow
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Machinist experience (non-entry level)
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
• Skilled with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Physically able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple CNC machine brands and control panels (Haas, Fanuc, etc.)
• Familiarity with G-code and the ability to make minor programming adjustments
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
