Pay | $19 per hour

*Previous experience in document imaging, scanning, or data entry is preferred

Document Imaging Specialist Summary

This role will be responsible for scanning deconstructed books and ensuring the accurate conversion of physical materials into high-quality digital files. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and stage deconstructed books for scanning.
• Operate scanning equipment to produce accurate and legible digital files.
• Review scanned materials for quality assurance, ensuring files are complete and error-free.
• Correctly label, index, and archive digital files in accordance with company standards and protocols.
• Maintain equipment in proper working order and promptly escalate technical issues.
• Consistently meet established productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
