What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain lathes and other fabrication machinery
• Measure, mark, and drill raw materials to create precise components
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders accurately
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of machining or fabrication experience
• Proven ability to operate lathes and other fabrication equipment (manual or CNC)
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow all safety protocols
