Agile Product Manager

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is looking for a proactive and experienced Agile Product Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of Agile projects and initiatives. This role will ensure timely and quality delivery across cross-functional Agile teams, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The ideal candidate is an expert in Agile methodologies, a strong communicator, and an advocate for team performance and transparency.

This is a Remote position.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process.
• Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure teams follow best practices.
• Remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies across teams and projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Quality Assurance and Scrum Teams to ensure clear understanding of goals, priorities, and expectations.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication across internal engineering, product, QA, and business teams.
• Ensure teams have the tools, support, and environment they need to be effective.
• Drive delivery excellence and alignment with organizational goals and roadmaps.
• Support agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, and experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects and delivering results.
• Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification.
• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in supporting DoD government software delivery.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML development, processes, tools, and testing.
• Knowledge and/or implementation of Lean practices in software development.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
• 5+ years in a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager role.

Travel Requirement:

• Contractor personnel shall not be reimbursed for local travel, which is defined as within a fifty (50) mile radius from the primary place of performance
• Potential for up to 10% travel

Clearance Requirement:

• Ability to Obtain Public Trust

Salary:

• $120k - $130k
