Commercial Quality Assurance Specialist Primary Responsibilities for the Commercial Quality Assurance Specialist
- Consolidates all cross functional input and develops monthly Total Customer Experience Scorecard highlighting performance in critical customer facing metrics across corporate Planning, Quality, Technical and Customer Service areas for review with the executive team. Conducts root cause analysis and makes recommendations to improve business processes ultimately lending to improved customer satisfaction.
- Manages the development and distribution of an annual global feedback tool (internal & external customers) and compiles results. Documents results and provides feedback and trend data. Develops feedback surveys for the broader organization upon request.
- Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of global Commercial Center which provides commercial training information (product portfolio, manufacturing processes), reference materials, internal network and contact lists, account management documentation, and personal development information (Customer Service career model, training manuals and external training courses) for use by the global commercial organization.
- Designs and implements team sites on SharePoint for cross-functional needs and process improvement for all auto-mated workflows, document management requirements, and Lotus Notes elimination for processes required for Contract to Cash and interfaces and overlap across all other necessary cross functional areas (Planning, Technical, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Field Sales, Customer Service, BU).
- Manages global 6S Workspace initiatives to implement standardization in all offices globally to support the sales team effectiveness, improve efficiency, and customer responsiveness, including completion of needs assessment and identification of user requirements.
- Designs and implements electronic filing protocol requirements (including system, process, training, use and compliance) on a global basis (across all SAO sales offices). Leads customer campaigns to establish electronic interfaces and document management (including acknowledgements, certifications, bill of lading, invoices) to improve timeliness of information provided to customers. Identifies system requirements to meet electronic initiative design, goals and on-going maintenance.
- Manages the administration of the Customer Service reward & recognition program for multiple locations including tracking of award recipients, identification of reward categories, development of communication materials, etc.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required for the Commercial Quality Assurance Specialist II
- High School Diploma Required. Two- or Four-year degree in business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience with commercial, transactional systems, document management, workflow design, and process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong goal, results, and detailed orientation.
- Strong research and mapping skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and key performance indicators.
