- Night Shift; 4:45p-5:00a
- This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule, including holidays & weekends.
- Hourly Pay Rate starting at $28.55
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and operate SPC equipment in department
- Follow a production schedule
- Produce in-spec product
- Perform assigned sanitation/keep building clean
- Monitor equipment and document process log sheet readings
- Load bulk trucks with molasses / unload bulk tankers.
- Work with chemicals in a PSM environment
- Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required - Minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies
- Able to work 12-hour shifts
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices preferred
- Ability to operate various types of machinery is required
- Ability to take direction and work as a team is required
- Good attendance and reliability are critical
- Good communication skills
Physical Work and Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to tolerate soybean and dust as possible allergens at a soybean processing plant
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to work tolerate working at various heights as required on man lifts
