What You Will Do:
Senior Project Manager, Roadway for GFT Infrastructure, Inc. to report to our Owings Mills, MD. loc. May telecommute. Lead project meetings, project pursuit decision, develop and prepare proposals including cross-team coordination and resource management, presentation of proposals to clients, prepping and maintaining project schedules and status reports and QC process. Negotiate contract scopes and fees, prep contracts and related docs for clients, recommend contract execution for clients. Manage project set up and closeout activities including prep of PAs and WBSs for input into BST including timely billing/ invoicing and approval of client/ subcontractor invoices and budget transfers in BST and supervise adjustments to WBSs. Prep PEPs and Approve PAs, BST budget set ups, and PEPs. Coordinate subcontractors, subconsultants and vendors, prep file protocols and document control procedures. Control project costs thru cost management reports, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Determine scope of completion using EVA and input into BST. ID control risks and changes in scopes in accordance w/ PEPs. Manage billing, A/R, and A/P. Coordinate and manage project closeout activities. Additional responsibilities may include marketing and business development via meetings w/ and presentations to potential clients. Some O/T involved to support special additional projects beyond the full-time MDTA Project. Wage range $159,000-216,000 plus comprehensive benefits (see below for full benefits info). Minimal regional/national travel to MD and NY client sites, meetings, and Go-Live activities involved not to exceed 60 days/yr and 5 days/trip. May undergo background checks including drug screening and MV check. Education | Experience:Must have Bachelor's in Comp Sci, Geography, GIS, engineering, or rel field and 9 years relevant business analysis experience. Also reqs 5 years of tolling industry experience.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $159,000 - $206,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
